Challenge

The client had a cold, empty balcony with bare concrete floors and sterile white walls. The challenge was to transform this narrow, exposed architectural footprint into an inviting, high-comfort personal retreat where they could unwind, while maintaining a sense of openness.

Solution

We transformed the atmosphere by layering organic, bohemian textures over classic parquet wooden flooring. A comfortable wicker armchair and plush footstool establish a cozy focal point, while bamboo roller blinds and handwoven jute elements add warmth. Lush hanging planters utilize the vertical space, bringing natural energy to the room.

Result

The transformation turned an underutilized, bare balcony into a cozy outdoor sanctuary. By layered natural materials and soft textures against the original structure, the space now serves as a deeply relaxing, sunlit nook perfect for morning coffee or evening reading.
